Im new to rangers, never used one. Im going to makea nice one, and just designed my build:

1 Ebon standard of honor
2 Splinter weapon
3 Barrage

option 1
4 Triple shot (combined NW)
5 Nightmare weapon
option 2:
4 Never rampageallone..
5 comfort animal

6 distracting shot
7 salvage shot
8 Sloth hunter shot / (if taken triple and nightmare take comfor animal)

Please comment ;D

Barrage + Rampage as One would be a sweet combo.

Sorry ;D made mistake, i meant the sunspear skill Never Rampage allone;D

The 1 second recharge on Barrage makes an IAS pretty useless.

I'd go with Triple Shot + Nightmare Weapon.

IAS would be for the bow's slow attack rate, not recharge.
